When does L&B Himberg open?
The opening is planned for 2027. We will announce the exact date and the start of booking here. Those who note their dates hear first.
Can I book already?
Not yet. But you can note your dates without obligation: email us your preferred dates – we note them and get back to you as soon as booking opens.
How do I get my door code?
After booking and the online guest registration, we send you your personal door code by email before you arrive – together with directions, Wi-Fi details and house information. The code is valid from check-in on your arrival day until check-out.
I arrive very late – is that a problem?
Not at all. With your code you can enter the building at any time after check-in – even after a late flight in the middle of the night.
Is there a reception desk?
No. You check in yourself with your personal door code – around the clock.
Can I park right at the building?
Yes. There is parking on our own grounds right at the building, including accessible spaces.
We are travelling together – how many studios do we need?
A studio is meant for up to two guests. For groups we automatically assign several studios – next to each other where possible. You only state the number of guests; for five guests, for example, that is three studios. Each studio gets its own door code.
Can I get an invoice to my company?
Yes. On request we issue the invoice to your company – with VAT number and VAT shown separately. For project teams we can issue a collective invoice on request.
Why do I need to fill in a guest registration?
In Austria, accommodation providers are required by law to register all guests (Registration Act). Instead of at a counter, you do this conveniently online – we send you the link by email after booking.
Is breakfast available?
We do not offer breakfast at the moment. A bistro is taking shape on the ground floor and will open soon – we will announce details here in good time. Every studio has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave for small meals in between, and the nearest supermarkets are within walking distance from approx. 660 m.
What does a stay cost?
We will publish the prices when booking starts – always as a total price including VAT and local tourist tax. Terms for longer stays on request; for project teams we will gladly make you an individual offer.
